This antiphon of St Hildegard von Bingen comes from the Riesenkodex page 466va: https://hlbrm.digitale-sammlungen.hebis.de/handschriften-hlbrm/content/pageview/450567

The alignment of the melody to the text at the words "sui illa" is unclear in the MS (with 'sui' squeezed in) but it seems most likely to me to be as is transcribed here.

The remainder of the text is left incomplete without any musical notation. To complete the antiphon's melody, I have drawn from two other antiphons in the same codex:

To complete the words "illa tetigit" I have used the antiphon "O quam preciosa est" (R. 468r) where the word 'virginitas' ends with the same Sol-Fa-Re-Do sequence as on the word "suis" in this antiphon, and is followed, on the word 'virginis', by the melody used here on "illa tetigit."

To complete the remainder of the antiphon (ungue nos de languoribus nostris), I have used the first incise of the antiphon "O beatissime Ruperte" (R. 471r).

Most transcriptions of Hildegard's chant in the D mode will assume all (or most) notes on B are to be understood as B-flat. However, to avoid any assumptions, I have only included the flat signs where they are printed in the MS itself.
